Product Updates: January 2022

New Beta Integrations

Northpass’ Product team has been hard at work building out several new integrations. If you’re interested in getting early access, shoot us a note at beta@northpass.com to see if you qualify.

Gainsight CS
With a Northpass + Gainsight integration, learning data, including course progress and completion rates, can now be automatically incorporated into Gainsight health scores.

Iterable
With a Northpass + Iterable integration, customer learning data can now be used to trigger communication campaigns. This means that learning data can power email and SMS campaigns.

Enhancements

• Customers using our HubSpot integration now have the ability to fully uninstall it from within Northpass.

Bug fixes

• Learners who attempt to register for an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) event that is full should no longer be receiving email notifications asking about their attendance.

• Previously, if course retakes were enabled, learners may have encountered sporadic errors when attempting to retake a course. This issue has been addressed.
